Bio
A tricky forward who can also play on the wing, Kevin-Prince Boateng's performance's can either amaze or frustrate. Born in Berlin, Boateng spent 13 years with Hertha after joining the club aged seven. He went on to play for the first team and notched 42 Bundesliga appearances. His impressive performances earned him a move to Tottenham. Unfortunately he was unable to make any impact at the London club, only appearing 14 times in two years. After a brief loan spell at Borussia Dortmund, he signed for Portsmouth in 2009. Despite Pompey's problems, Boateng played well and always looked a threat in front of goal. Due to their financial difficulties he is likely to move after the World Cup. After representing Germany at every youth level it looked certain that Boateng would pledge his services to their senior team. In a shock decision, he decided to play for Ghana and was rewarded with a 2010 World Cup place.
