Analysis: The 36-year-old came to Philadelphia in a December trade with the Rangers. Though Manuel hasn't yet committed to putting Young at third full-time, Young says he's going to use spring training to prove he can still make all the necessary plays. Young spent part of Monday's workout taking groundballs and pop-ups at third alongside the rest of Philadelphia's starting infield. |
